Every Last Saturday of the Month
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Free educational seminars are taught
by real estate and mortgage professionals are provided to
prepare families for home ownership. The two part
curriculum covers money management, credit issues, mortgages,
budgeting , home maintenance, loan processes, closing
procedures, and avoiding foreclosures. Participants also
receive a certificate that qualifies for down payment
assistance!
Seminars are offered monthly.
